Delivery & Collections
Mainland UK Deliveries:
Free Delivery on orders over £69. Any orders under £69 are charged at £5.95 including VAT. Items are always dispatched using our next day delivery service. If the items are not in stock, we will order them to our Cricklewood branch and deliver within 3 to 7 working days (stock dependent). Orders placed on weekends will be fulfilled the following Monday.
Deliveries to UK non-mainland and Republic of Ireland are on a two-day DPD service. If not in stock, items will be ordered to our Cricklewood branch and then delivered within 3 to 7 working days (stock dependent).
Any stock item orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day via next day delivery. Orders after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.
If an item is not available, our sales department will contact you with an accurate restocking timeline.
UK Offshore & Northern Ireland
Deliveries to UK non-mainland and Republic of Ireland are on a two-day DPD service. If not in stock, items will be ordered to our Cricklewood branch and then delivered within 3 to 7 working days (stock dependent). Cost will vary based on location.
International Deliveries

Collections
For collections, please bring your order confirmation. We’ll contact you once the item is ready for collection from any of our 5 branches.
Collection hours:
- Monday to Friday - 7am - 5pm
- Saturday - 8am - 5pm
Faulty / Damaged Items:
Shortages and damages must be reported within 3 working days. Email websales@arrowelectricals.co.uk or call 020 8450 0000 (ext 137). Please include photos and detailed information.

Price OK, delivery good, product great
This supplier handled my order well, no complaints. The product is just great. This is a game changer for me. I am using these bulbs in IP 65 garden spike lamps to floodlight our house. All you need is a power source, my phone does the rest. You need the Wiz app. You can switch off/on, change to 64,000 colours, dim (in my case 6 lamps) simultaneously etc.etc. You need no switching lead, just mains feed!
