The built-in humidistat can be set between 60–90% RH and will switch the fan on when moisture levels rise above the chosen setting. Once humidity falls, the adjustable overrun timer keeps the fan running for the selected time before turning it off. The fan can also be wired to operate with the bathroom light switch if preferred.

Which bathroom zones is this fan suitable for?
The IP45 rating makes this fan suitable for Zone 2 and outside zone locations — generally beyond 0.6m from a bath or shower edge. Zone 1 requires IPX5 or higher. If unsure, confirm your installation position with a qualified electrician before purchasing.
