With an IP20 rating, the Parma is suitable for indoor use only, and its Class I classification ensures it is earthed for added safety. Astro stands behind the Parma with a 3-year guarantee. The light requires a single 6W Max LED GU10 bulb (maximum length of 70mm), which is available for separate purchase.
Installation is made easy with clear and comprehensive instructions, and fixings for mounting on solid surfaces are included. For plaster or non-solid surfaces, consider purchasing an alternative kit for mounting. Delivery & Collections
Mainland UK Deliveries:
Free Delivery on orders over £69. Any orders under £69 are charged at £5.95 including VAT. Items are always dispatched using our next day delivery service. If the items are not in stock, we will order them to our Cricklewood branch and deliver within 3 to 7 working days (stock dependent). Orders placed on weekends will be fulfilled the following Monday.
Deliveries to UK non-mainland and Republic of Ireland are on a two-day DPD service. If not in stock, items will be ordered to our Cricklewood branch and then delivered within 3 to 7 working days (stock dependent).
Any stock item orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day via next day delivery. Orders after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.
If an item is not available, our sales department will contact you with an accurate restocking timeline.
UK Offshore & Northern Ireland
Deliveries to UK non-mainland and Republic of Ireland are on a two-day DPD service. If not in stock, items will be ordered to our Cricklewood branch and then delivered within 3 to 7 working days (stock dependent). Cost will vary based on location.
International Deliveries
For any EU/Overseas deliveries, please contact websales@arrowelectricals.co.uk. There may be delays, but deliveries are still operating.
Collections
For collections, please bring your order confirmation. We’ll contact you once the item is ready for collection from any of our 5 branches.
Collection hours:
- Monday to Friday - 7am - 5pm
- Saturday - 8am - 5pm
Faulty / Damaged Items:
