    Returns don’t work

    I purchased the wrong spec of lighting online. I have tried to return the product for a refund and followed the process listed in the website but have received no response. The company clearly wants to make it very difficult to return products

    Great simple design. Appropriate ip rating for a garden - ip65. Easily adjustable. I bought one just to see the look, size and quality. I'm satisfied so I'll get half a dozen more to light up a long thin garden.
